Information We Collect

When you book a session, we collect information such as your name, email, phone number, and payment details. This data is used solely to facilitate bookings, improve service quality, and communicate with you.

Session Bookings & Equipment Rentals

All bookings must be made in advance. Walk-ins are not permitted. We require:

• 48-hour notice for studio room bookings
• 72-hour notice for premium set bookings

Rental equipment and studio engineers are available at an additional cost. Equipment kits include microphones, lighting, headsets, audio interfaces, and necessary cables. Cameras are not included.

Guest Limitations

Each session may include no more than 2 non-participating guests unless explicitly approved in advance. We do not allow food, smoking (including vaping), or weapons on site.

Age & Content Restrictions

Clients must be 18 or older to book studio sessions. PriviCast Studio reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with our values or brand integrity.

Studio Access & Amenities

Clients may arrive up to 30 minutes before their scheduled session. Our guests enjoy access to on-site amenities such as Garden Life Juice Bar, Hand & Stone Massage, and 3 Degrees Infrared Sauna. Green room access and makeup artist services are available at an additional charge. No hairstylists or barbers are permitted to cut or style hair on premises.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Cancel within 24 hours: No refund; rescheduling only
• Cancel between 24–72 hours: 50% fee applies; rescheduling permitted

Overtime may incur additional charges if your session exceeds the scheduled time.

File Delivery

Files are delivered electronically within 24–48 hours after internal audit, unless post-production services are being provided by PriviCast Studio.

Security & Data Protection

Your personal data is securely stored and never shared with third parties, except as required to process bookings or legal obligations. We use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your information.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy as needed. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
