PriviCast Studio FAQs
Everything you need to know about working with us—from studio hours and equipment to memberships and guest policies.
What are PriviCast Studio’s hours of operation?
Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 9 PM, Saturday: 9 AM – 8 PM, Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM. After-hours bookings are available at an additional cost.
Are walk-ins allowed?
No. All sessions must be booked in advance. Studio rooms require 48-hour notice. Premium sets require 72-hour notice.
How early can I arrive for my session?
You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled time to prepare.
Who can book a session?
PriviCast Studio only books sessions with individuals 18 years or older.
Do you screen the types of projects you work on?
Yes. We reserve the right to decline any project that does not align with our brand values or moral compass.
How many guests are allowed?
Each session allows up to 2 non-participating guests. Additional guests must be pre-approved.
What is your cancellation policy?
Less than 24 hours: No refund, rescheduling only. 24–72 hours: 50% fee, rescheduling allowed.
Are any items or services restricted?
No food, weapons, or smoking/vaping. Haircuts are not allowed. Approved makeup artists are available upon request (fee applies).
Is equipment included with my booking?
No. Equipment rental kits and engineers are available at an additional cost.
What’s included in your Podcast/Webinar kits?
Microphones, lighting, IFBs, audio interface, and cables. Cameras are not included.
Can I go over time?
Yes, but additional charges may apply. Always plan buffer time into your session.
How are my files delivered?
All files are delivered digitally within 24–48 hours post-audit unless using in-house post-production.
Is there a more affordable way to use the studio?
Yes! Our Indie Membership Program includes discounted access, flexible booking, community perks, and coaching to support serious creators. Coming Soon!
Do you offer BTS content?
Yes. A BTS creator can capture photo/video content of your session for an additional fee.
Is there a green room or makeup station?
Yes. A private green room is available for an additional charge near the Black & Purple Sets. Approved makeup artists available by request (no barbers or hairstylists allowed).
Are there on-site guest amenities?
Yes! Guests can enjoy Garden Life Juice Bar, Hand & Stone Massage, 3 Degrees Infrared Sauna, Privi Art Gallery, and Baldwin's Bookstore Coffee Lounge before, during, or after sessions.
Can you produce content outside the studio?
Yes. Offsite services are available and priced based on travel, team size, and resources required.
Are your rates final?
All pricing is subject to change. Final costs are confirmed during the booking process.
